The Census of 1881 brings good news in that Robert (Lumsden) has married Margaret (Bell) and they live with their daughter, Catherine Bell (Lumsden) at 75 Watson Street, in the City of Dundee, District of St. Andrew, Forfar, Angus, Scotland, United Kingdom[5].
Margaret (Bell) passes away on the 28 December 1884 at 4.45 pm at Brown Street, in the Village of Broughty Ferry, near the Town of Dundee, Parish of Monifieth, Forfar, Angus. She was 28 years old and dies from Diabetes Mellitus. Her husband Robert (Lumsden) was present at the death and informant[6].
