HI Meredith, Are you sure Benjamin died in Warren Co KY? There is this record that might be for him: Benjamin S. Bellomy was ordered to be exempt from taxes in 1843. Greenup Co KY Court Order Book, p 166 Nov Term 1843 "Ordered that Benjamin S. Bellomy be exempt from the payment of County levy on one Tythe."
