Pierre Bellemare was born on October 6, 1795 in St-Antoine-de-Rivière-du-Loup, Louiseville, Maskinongé, Quebec, son of Étienne (Bellemare) Gélinas and Thérèse Béland. He was baptized the next day. [1]
Pierre married Charlotte Perron on 5 Sep 1831 in St-Antoine-de-Rivière-du-Loup.
Pierre died on 16 Apr 1870 in Yamachiche, Maskinongé aged 74.
