Biography
Joyce was born in 1923, the daughter of Albert Ernest Bellett and Maudie Victoria Byron. [1]
In 1942, Joyce Irene Bellett married Alexander John Hovell.[2]
She passed away in 1945, aged 24.[3] Death Notice: HOVELL (nee Bellett).-On May 21, at the home of her parents (Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Bellett), Kinlock, Cambridge street, Lang Lang, Joyce Irene (Joy), the dearly beloved wife of Jack Hovell, of 250 Booran road, Ormond, and devoted only daughter of Albert and Maudie Bellett, and loving sister of Neville (deceased), aged 24 years. -In God's care.[4] Death Notice: HOVELL (nee Bellett).-On May 21, at Lang Lang. Joyce Irene, much loved niece of Will and Irene Koetsveld, and cousin of Kevin and Ian. [5]
