It seems the William Bellingham "of Alford" who married Anne and was the father of Susanna (m Pormort) cannot be the same as the William "of Manton and Bromby" who married Frances Amcotts and was the father of Richard. The former died in 1606 (see Sanborn for will), and the latter was still alive in 1615, with his will administered in 1620.
Edit: Also the 1606 will only mentions one child, "Susan my daughter".
