Biography
Charlotte Bemis was born at Livermore, Maine (then in Massachusetts), on 24 Feb 1806, the daughter of Jacob Bemis and Lydia (Howard) Bemis.[1]
Charlotte Bemis died, unmarried, on 25 Feb 1857, and she is buried at the Hillman Ferry Cemetery in Livermore, Maine, where her gravestone shows her age at her death as 51.[2]
