Moses Benbow was Born on 5 June 1814, in Wayne, Indiana, United States.

Moses Married Jane Lytle on May 18, 1843, in Grant, Indiana. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 4 daughters.

He resided in Van Buren Township, Madison, Indiana in 1860, and Montgomery, Geary, Kansas in 1875.

Moses Benbow Passed Away on July 13,1883, in Columbus, Cherokee, Kansas, at the age of 69, and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena, Cherokee, Kansas, United States.
