Cloe was born on October 10, 1762 in New Milford, Connecticut.[1][2]

Jacob and Choe were married on October 16, 1783 in Manchester, Vermont.[3][4]

Chloe passed away on September 19, 1816 and is buried in Arlington, Vermont.[5][6][7]
