Feb. 13, 1850: Married Louisa Foot (b. 9/16/1827 | d. Nov. 12, 1853 | daughter of James and Louisa Foot of Otselic) [1][2]

Nov. 12, 1853 - Louisa dies. [1] or 1863... [3]

May 21, 1861 - Enlists with the 26th Regt., N.Y. Vols. adn was discharged Nov. 2, 1862. Served as principal musician.

October 16, 1864: Marries Julia Cady of Lebanon (b. 1842)
