He married Dinah Bouton. They removed from Norwalk to New Canaan on June 20 1773[1] and he was a founding member of the Congregational Church of Canaan Parish, and one of its first deacons.
He married second to Mary ________. She outlived him.[1]
He left a will dated 19 Feb 1770 and proved 17 Apr 1770.[1][4]
His inventory was taken on 15 March 1770 and recorded at Fairfield.[5]
Burial
He was buried in Lakeview Cemetery in New Canaan, Connecticut [6]
