Catherine Bennehan is a part of US Black heritage.

Catherine, child of Dandridge and Patsey, lived at Stagville Plantation in Orange Co, NC. She was a slave owned by Thomas D. Bennehan.

In 1847 Catherine was listed in the will of Thomas D. Bennehan. She was to go to his niece, Margaret Cameron.[1]
