Harris Bennehan is a part of US Black heritage.

Harris, child of Easter, lived at Stagville Plantation in Orange Co, NC. He was a slave owned by Thomas D. Bennehan.

In 1847 Harris was seen on the probate inventory list of Thomas Bennehan.[1] He and the other enslaved persons on the list were to be sent to nephew, Paul C. Cameron, his niece, Margaret D. Cameron, and niece, Mildred C. Cameron.
