Miss Catherine Bennett was born about 1820s. She married Henry A. Mix, M. D., who was born in 1816. They were married in the mid-1840s. She passed away in 1846, apparently in, or because of complications of, childbirth. Her son John B. Mix was thirty-one years old when the History of Ogle County, Illinois, 1878, was published. [1]
