Parents' grave/headstone reads: "In Memory of Ephraim Bennett, a Revolutionary soldier and Christian gentleman, born Rhode Island 1762, died Dix, NY, 1843, his wife Hannah Bentley, born Rhode Island 1765, died Tioga, PA 1839, their children Samuel, Thomas, Abner, Greene, Harry, Brant, Charles, Susanna Coryell, Peggy Curtis, Elizabeth Mills, Polly, Sally McClure, Milly Parks. Erected by his grandson S. B. Bennett" [2]
