I think all the above are children to John and Johan due to the eliminations shown below.
In 1571 parents start to appear but they are Richarde and William ;-(
BENATT Johan 23 Sep 1571 Richarde is the first.
But no Milverton Richarde wedding to eliminate the children.
Except this one
Joane MOORE Richard BENNETT Marriage 01 * 1571 Somerset Kingsbury Episcopi : St Martin : Phillimore's Transcripts
We do have a William Benatt wedding in Milverton in 1570
All in all not all that conclusive. Where are John and Joanne
Notes 2
I am going to stay with the original . But have John and Johan marrying and living in Milverton from circa 1559 - 1570
There are couple of explanations does Johan's parents move back from Milverton between 1569 and 1580. Why the gap in the children? Did they live somewhere else.
However a Johan wife of John does die in Wiveliscombe
Burials Wiveliscombe
BENNETT Johan 03 Apr 1592 w/o John
The Johan Bennet daughter born in 1881 in Wiveliscombe is also suspect. A later John perhaps.

Bennett-65 and Bennett-952 appear to represent the same person because: the parents' names are the same; each profile is just linked to a different duplicate profile for the parents, and the sibling is the same.
