Fannie was born in Ohio to Jesse and Lydia Bennett. During the 1870 census, she lived with her parents in Washington Township, Clermont County, Ohio, United States. She married W. P. Daughters. It is unknown at this time if they had any children, but she was widowed prior to her death. She died from accidental burns. She is buried in Lucy Run Cemetery, in Tate Township, Clermont County, Ohio along with her husband.
