There is no Federal United States Census for 1890. Long story, but it does not exist. Often it helps to look for a state Census or for gentlemen a military record - people have done really neat work putting that information together for us.
This lady's name is spelled three different ways, the newspaper containing her Obituary wrote "Moranda".
Biography
Miranda was born in 1827. She was the daughter of Wesley Bennett and Mary Ann Brown. She married Mordecai Stocksdale in 1851and they had at least two daughters together- Florence in 1854 and Mary Anna in 1858.
She passed away in 1917.
