Widespread sympathy will be occasioned by the news of the death of Mrs K. Andrews, of Whangarei, which occurred yesterday. The deceased lady yesterday underwent an operation for goitre in a private hospital in Auckland. Mr K. Andrews, who is very popular in Whangarei, is at Trentham with the forces. Their two children are at present in Thames with Mrs Andrews' people. It is possible that the funeral will be held in Whangarei.

ANDREWS—On Thursday, July 8 at the Mater Misericordiae Private Hospital, Auckland, Amy (sic) Mary Andrews, the dearly beloved wife of Kendall Andrews, aged 31 years. The funeral will leave the Oddfellows' Hail for the Kioreroa Cemetery at 2 p.m. SATURDAY, July 10.
She is buried in the Kioreroa Cemetery, Otaika Rd, Whangarei.
