1st wife, Elizabeth Sillick (12-30-1819->11-20-1855) Born: Strabane, PA, Washington Co. They were married Dec. 1839 in Richland County, Ohio. Children: Samuel L.G. Bennett, Arminta Luvina Powell, Elizabeth Almeda Martine, Mary A. Bennett (Not certain if this is the infant dtr. that survived following Elizabeth's death).

2nd Wife, Phebe Martin Allen (1832-1920)born in Kirtland, Lake County, Ohio Midwife (potentially midwife for 1st wife Elizabeth & possible caregiver for surviving infant daughter.) Children: George W. Bennett, Laura (Leonore?) M. Lucas, Alida Francis Swords, Alonzo Bennett "Mike", & William Henry Bennett^[1]
