Arthur Charles Benson

He was born 24 Apr 1862, the son of Edward Benson and Minnie Sidgwick. ^{[1] [2]}

He attended Eton and then King's college, Cambridge from 1881. He later returned to Cambridge, becoming a fellow of Magdalen college (1904 - 15) and then master (1915 - 25). ^[3]

He died 17 Jun 1925 at the Master's Lodge at Magdalene and was buried at St Giles's Cemetery in Cambridge. ^{[4] [5]}
