Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

Hi everyone, I have been working on my personal family tree for years and enjoy doing it very much, and recently I have started helping others with their genealogy. I strive for accuracy when working on genealogy, and love the idea of integrating into a universal worldwide family tree and working with others.
I noticed you uploaded or plan to upload a GEDCOM. Our process here is a little different than what you might find on other sites because of our goal of growing one worldwide tree with a single profile for each individual. Here's a link to the process. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
TIP: if your ancestor was born over two hundred years ago, there's a very good chance she/he already has a profile on wikitree. Before creating a new profile, use search to see if your ancestor is already here.
