Frances was born about 1804. She was the daughter of George Beresford and Frances Bushe.
Frances married Hon Rev Francis Howard on on 19 June 1824.

MARRIED. At Belmore Church, the Hon. and Rev. Francis Howard, brother to the Earl of Wicklow, to Frances Beresford, youngest daughter of the Lord Bishop of Kilmore.
She died in 1833.
