- Rozan was born 5 November 1955 in Muscatine, Muscatine, Iowa to Wayne Henry Bergen and Rozita Alice Garrison.
- She married James Lee Driskell on 12 July 1975. Together they produced two children, and adopted a third.[1] (Note: As of 11 Oct0ber 2020, all three children are still living.)
