Biography

Myrtle, the daughter of Axel Bernhard & Berta Justina (Johansson) Berglund, was born 1923 in Sweden. She arrived in the United States 14 Oct 1947 at New York, New York. Myrtle moved to California and married Benjamin L Novak, who was born in Osage, Iowa in 1912, on 3 Dec 1954 in Los Angeles, California. She applied for and became a Naturalized Citizen in June of 1955. Myrtle and Ben had at least one daughter, Donna L Novak (1957-1985). Myrtle died 1986 in Colorado and is buried at Bear Canon Cemetery, Sedalia, Colorado.
