John was born in 1876 to Mathias Berres and Mary Eva Lehnerz. He married Elizabeth Enderer. He passed away in 1957 and is buried in the Saint Marys Catholic Cemetery in Tisch Mills, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. [1]
