CENTERVILLE DAILEY IOWEGIAN AND CITIZEN:
Lemuel Otis Berry was born near Mendota, Mo., July 7, 1889 and died Nov. 1, 1916. aged 27 years , 3 months and 24 days, he was married to Miss Ethel Rodgers March 5, 1911, and to this union was born one son. Darwin L.
Mr. Berry was afflicted with tuberculosis, and hoping he might be cured of the disease he entered the sanitarium at Oakdale, Iowa, and remained there until the time of his death. He was esteemed and respected by all who knew him and the news of his death was a shock to all. He leaves behind to mourn his death, his wife and little son, one brother. one sister and a host of relatives and friends. God, who knoweth the suffering of His people know him best. Let us submit all to His divine will. The funeral services were held at the Christian Church at Exline. IA at 2:30 p. m. Friday. Nov. 3, conducted by Rev. C.L. Ellis and the remains interred at the Exline Cemetery. Given to me by MIDDLETON Pale Lily.
