Jere states William b 1750 in Lancaster Co., PA and d 2 Sep 1804 InFranklin Co., PA. He is the son of William b 1720 and killed by Indiansin Franklin Co., PA sometime after 1750. This William b 1750 was the sonof William b 1689 in Ireland, one of the sons of Alexander and JaneCartwright that came to America.
