He married first on 25 Nov 1925 at Rapides, Louisiana to Mamie Sienknecht [3] and they do not appear to have had any children. [4]
Mamie died in 1934 and Stuart married second on 17 Feb 1935 at Clark County, Indiana to Mary Louise Wentz [5] and they had at least one child: [6]
Nicholas Gay, b. abt. 1936, m. Pattie Field Le Bus [7]
Stuart passed away in 1983 [8][9] and is buried at Versailles Cemetery in Woodford County, Kentucky. [10]
