Lt-Cdr Hon. James Willoughby Bertie was born in 1901, the son of Montagu Arthur Bertie, 7th Earl of Abingdon. He married Lady Jean Crichton-Stuart, daughter of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute. He died in 1966. [1]
