Johann Carl Heinrick Wilhelm Bertram was born in 1834 in Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany, the son of Henrietta and Carl. He had one daughter with Henriette Friederike Caroline Hitzig in 1865. He died on March 22, 1873, at the age of 39.[1]
