Descendant of Jose Rafael Ignacio Bonventura Castille, a Revolutionary War Patriot.

Celica Bertrand was born about 1886, daughter of Auguste Bertrand (1858–1914) and Clemence Barras (1864–1913).

In 1900, Celica (13) was living in St. Martin, Louisiana. [1]

Celica (16) married Tertule Prudhomme (22) (born about 1880) on February 19, 1903 in Saint Martinville, St. Martin, Louisiana, United States.

I believe that Celica was the elderly aunt I only knew as "Aunt Teek". I can remember sitting on her back step with my older brother and sister when I was 4 or 5, eating fresh baked buttered bread with sugar on it.
