Biography

Henriette Hélène Marie Bertrand de Beauvoir was a French painter[1]. She was born on 9 June 1910, 103 boulevard de Montparnasse in Paris (6th arrondissement), the daughter of Georges Charles Joseph Bertrand de Beauvoir and Françoise Marie Thérèse Lucie Brasseur[2] and the younger sister of feminist author Simone de Beauvoir.

She married Lionel François Théophile de Roulet in Lisbon on 21 December 1942[2].

She died July 1, 2001 in Goxwiller (Bas-Rhin)[2].
