Biography

When Thomas Berube was born on December 26, 1861, in Ste-Anne-des-Monts, Gaspé, Quebec, Canada, his father, Pierre Berube, was 34 and his mother, Marie Henriette Keable, was 27. He had six brothers and seven sisters. He married Marie Pelletier on November 23, 1885, in Burrillville, Rhode Island. They had six children in 14 years. He died on January 30, 1915, in Worcester, Massachusetts, at the age of 53, and was buried in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Thomas and his brother Charles married sisters Marie and Lea Pelletier on the same day.
