George was born in 1794. He was the son of Richard and Mary.
He arrived in the Warrior on March 12, 1830, with wife Srah Mary (Sally) nee Gilmore and a daughter, Elizabeth Sarah (Ann)[1].

He was a farmer in Guildford who forfeited his grant of 240 acres in Swan and Avon area. He leased land in Helena. He was a member of the Guildford Town Trust from 1845 to ab49. He employed a T/L man at Guidlford in 1852.[2]
He passed away in 1873[3].
