Biography
Roger was born Feb. 15, 1944, in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha, South Dakota. He was the son of Harold Best and Ellen Burgess. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.[1] He passed away in 2008.[2] He is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater, Washington, Minnesota.[3]
