Eileen was born in 1909. She passed away in 1947.

LOONE.-On November 17, 1947, at the Launceston General Hospital, Eileen Enid, dearly beloved wife of Roy Harold Loone, of Deloraine, loving mother of John Arthur, Margaret Elsie and Donald Athol, and loving daughter of Mrs and the late Mr. J. D. Best, of Deloraine. Aged 40 years.

OBITUARY
LATE MRS. R. LOONE

The funeral of Mrs. Eileen Enid Loone, who died in the Launceston General Hospital on Monday, after a long illness, took place in the Church of England section of the Deloraine general cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.
Mrs. Loone, who was the elder daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. J. D. Best, spent the greater part of her life in Deloraine and was well known and highly respected. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Roy Loone; daughter, Margaret; two sons, Donald and John; mother, Mrs. E. C. Best; and sister, Mrs. Alan Scott.
Carriers were Messrs. R., S., G. and K. Loone; and the pall-bearers,' Messrs. A. Scott, H. Whitney, L. Sandman, B. Crowden, W. Sheririff. A. and N. Hardy, and B. Smith. The chief mourners were the husband, John and Donald (sons), Margaret (daughter), Mrs. E. C. Best (mother), Mrs. A. Scott (sister), Messrs. H. Whiteley, G., K., S. and R. Loone and A. Scott (brothers-in-law), Mesdames H. Whiteley, G. S., and K. Loone (sisters-in-law), Messrs. A. Hardy, M. and L. Smith, A. E. and G. Eade, W., E., R., and A. Best and T. Rogers (uncles), Mesdames A. Hardy, M. ? and L. Smith (aunts), Wilfred Scott and Eric Loone (nephews), Mary and Josephine Scott (nieces).
Among the wreaths were those of the State school staff and children. Convent school, Deloraine senior and Junior football and Chudleigh football clubs, St. Mark's Women's Guild, St. Mark's Mothers' Union, Meander and St. Andrew's Masonic Lodges, Deloraine Agricultural & pastoral Society, Deloraine Parents and Citizens' Association, Don Store staff, W. H. Harris, L. T. Spurr, Smith's Garage, C.W.A., Deloraine Cricket Club, Gordon and Gotch, and the railway staff, Parattah and Launceston.
The service at the church was conducted by Rev. Skegg, and at the graveside by Rev. A. E. Chamberlain.
