I would liketo follow-up on this. I have found something that shows that he was married to Else Josina Lombard

Wife and Child should be removed please.

Also see the note on the profile of the child. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bester-951 Not only does this child have the incorrect father but the mother is only 14 years old and Married to Paul Michiel Bester https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bester-15

I also removed his three "children" by replacing their father with Lombaard-171's current husband, namely Bester-208.

If Bester-16 did not marry (Heese!) how come he is attached Lombaard-171. Disconnecting her as his spouse because the proposed merge between Bester-16 and Bester-208 would otherwise lead to conflicting parents as well as generational conflation.
