In the 1851 England Census Thomas Beswick 35 born abt 1816 in Nk, Derbyshire, England, farmer 72 acres one labourer, was head of his household in Summer Hill, Hollinsclough, Staffordshire, England. Other Household Members were Mary Beswick 35 Nk, Derbyshire, and their children all born Hollinsclough, Alice Beswick 9, Ann Beswick 6, Thomas Beswick 4, Sarah Beswick 2, and Mary Ellen Beswick 4 Mo. Their servants Mary Frost 20, and Joseph Beswick 15, and visitors Ann Pickering 20, and Martha Frost 18. [1]
