Biography
Alva Raymond Bethell was born on 14 Sep 1910 in New Zealand as the son of Frederick George Bethell and Annie Maloney[1]
He married Eileen Hill on 16 July 1937 in New Zealand[2].
They were living at Meeanee Road, Taradale, Napier when Eileen died[3].
He married Ivy Sarah Lorraine Duncan nee Hodgson after their respective spouses deaths.
He was living at 81 Latham Street, Napier when he died on 10 August 1998 in New Zealand recorded as Bill Bethell[4].
He was buried in Western Hills Cemetery, Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand[5].
