MATILDA OF BETHUNE, shown here as both (Bethune-29) and (Bethune-149), was one person with one set of parents, William of Béthune (Bethune-28) and his only wife Elizabeth of Roesbrugge (Roesbrugge-1). After the death of her first husband John of Lille (Lille-6) in about 1244, she married Robert of Wavrin (Wavrin-8). Could this please be corrected?

For a source see Cawley [1], who is not always right but has put lots of solid research online.

Béthune-150 and Bethune-28 appear to represent the same person because: I noticed too late this person already existed on Wikitree.
