Civility was born 23 Feb 1826, in Missouri, the 2nd child of Overton and Civility (Rubottom)(Logan) Bettis. She died 6 Nov 1866 in Clinton, Van Buren County, AR.[1][2]
Civility is buried in the Clinton Cemetery beside her husband, James Henry Patterson and son, Henry Overton Patterson.
Civility married James Henry Patterson (6 Sep 1820 - 1966) in Spadra Bluff, Johnson County, AR on 27 May 1841.[3][4]
