Biography
Franklin Betts was born 28 March 1789 in Richmond, Massachusetts on his father's farm. [1] He died 31 October 1857. [2]
Marriage
Franklin Betts and Ann Mercer were wed 7 November 1820 at St Stephens Church, Cecil, Maryland.
