Obituary Mr. Garry Beverly Betts, husband of Cathy (Storey) Betts, passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on Friday, December 19th, 2014 at the age of 66. Born in Doaktown, NB, he was the son of the late Lloyd G. and Madeline (Curley) Betts. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, stock car racer, woods worker and in lumber jack competitions. He is survived by his wife: Cathy; his daughter, Shelly Betts of Doaktown; two sons, Shawn Betts (Paige) of Fredericton and Garry Jason Betts (Vanessa) of Doaktown, four sisters, Eva Betts of Doaktown, Colleen MacKay of Dawson Creek, Cheryl Betts Harris of Doaktown and Janice Price LeBlanc of Fredericton; four brothers: Glenwood (Premila) of St. Catherines, Ontario, Donald (Krista) of Port Albernie, Keith (Janet) of Doaktown and Kevin (Becky) of Doaktown and his 5 grandchildren: Cooper, Grady, Autumn, Jacob and Jasmine. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son Laurie and brother Ivan.
