Biography

Sister St. Anthony was born in Rivière aux Canards, Essex, Ontario on Sept 20 1894, and baptized Marie Rose Eva in St Joseph's Church (VBriefly known then as Loisellevile). She was the daughter of Joseph Bézaire and Adèle Bénéteau.

She entered he Ursuline community on July 2 1916, and received the habit on December 18 1916. She was professed on December 30 1918.

She was in her 63rd year of her life as an Ursuline religious of the diocese of London when she died Oct 14 1981.

Her remains were interred in St. Anthony's cemetery in Chatham, Kent, Ontario.
