Biography

Robert was born in 1910.[1]

He was named Deputy Prosecutor (Substituut van de Prokureur des Koning) in the Antwerp's Court of Justice in 1937.[2][3]

During the second world war, he was active in resistance movements against the Nazi occupation of Belgium.[3] He was arrested between the 27th and 30th of August 1944 and sent to the concentration camp of Neuengamme, in Germany, where he was prisoner nr. 44927.[3][4] There, he passed away on 7 April 1945.[3][1]

He was married (to Suzanne ...[5]), and had one young child.[3]
