Biography
Arthur is the son of Adolph Biber and Stephanie Cordell. He was born in 1869, shortly after his parents moved from New York to (173 Clara Street) San Francisco. He passed away in 1919 in Spartanburg, SC, and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Spartanburg.
Like his father, Arthur became a watchmaker and jeweller, establishing his own business in Spartanburg, South Carolina on September 26, 1893. [1]
