Biography

Cena Geneva was the daughter of Josiah Dent Bible (1873–1950) and Alda Genella Wolf (1883–1963), who were married on 20 Feb 1901 at Warren, Illinois. She had five siblings; Ruby Bernice 1901, Glenn Orville 1902, Leona Fawn 1904, Christine Ethel 1909 and Gene1926.

Residence in 1920 was in Yellow Creek township, Chariton county of Missouri.^[1] Geneva eleven months was at home with her mother, Alta 36, with Ruby 18, Leona 15, and Christine 10. Glenn17 was a laborer on the home farm. Her father, Josiah 46 was a farmer, who owned his farm with a mortgage.

Residence in 1925 was in Anderson county of Kansas.^[2] Geneva 6 was at home with her mother, Alda 41. Her father, Josiah 51, was a farmer who owned his farm with a mortgage. Her sister Christine 15 was a high school student. They had moved to Kansas from Texas.

Residence in 1930 was in Ozark township, Anderson county of Kansas.^[3] Geneva 11 was at home with her younger brother, Gene 4 and her mother, Alda 46. Her father, Josiah 56, was a farmer and he owned his farm. They did not own a radio.

Cena was married to Earl Frederick Benjamin on 19 October 1939 in Jackson county of Missouri.^[4]

Her father, Josiah, died on 3 December 1950 in Anderson county of Kansas.

Her husband, Earl, died in 1999 in Ottawa, Franklin county, Kansas.

Her mother, Alda, died on 15 June 1963 in Anderson county of Kansas.

Cena died on 18 March 2010 in Ottawa, Franklin county, Kansas.^[5]
