Vivian Horac Bice was born in 1910 in Eaglehawk, Victoria, Australia, the son of Mary Elizabeth (Cummins) Bice and William John Bice.[1] Twin of Doreen.[2]
Vivian died in 1911 in Long Gully, Victoria, aged 6 months.[3]
