Biography

Geoffrey was born in 1923. He was the son of Thomas Bickell and Ivy Mottram. He passed away in 1975 and is buried in the Cranbrook Cemetery, W.A. (Anglican Section B, Grave 12). [1]

Geoff lived at Three Springs until the family moved to Yandanooka in 1935.

In 1942, Geoff enlisted and served in the Australian Army during WW2. [2]

After the War, Geoff returned briefly to Yandanooka until the family moved to Cranbrook in 1947, where he married Ella and raised two children.
