William James Biddiss was born on December 9, 1815 in Southwark, London, England, United Kingdom. He was the son of John Biddiss and Mary Ann Askew. James was baptised on 19 January 1817 in St. George the Martyr's, Southwark, Surrey, England.[1]
James married Elizabeth Berry on 21 August 1837 in St John the Evangelist, Lambeth, Lambeth, England.[2]
In the 1851 census James (age 34) was living with his wife and 5 children in Southwark St George, Surrey, England.[3]
James was buried on 27 September 1886 in London, England.[4]
Research Notes
- parents were not John Biddiss Mary Askew even though his parents did have the same names. His parents were born in the late 1700's, not in the 1800's.
